Justice Bidyut Ranjan Sarangi has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court, succeeding Justice Sanjaya Kumar Mishra who retired on December 28, 2023. Swearing-In Ceremony
On July 5, Justice Sarangi took the oath as the 15th Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court. The oath was administered by Governor CP Radhakrishnan at the Raj Bhavan in Ranchi.
